And here is the prize package today:
~ A copy of the ebook Untangling Christmas: Your Go-to Guide for a Hassle-free Holiday
~ A reindeer car freshener clip and Christmas-scented insert
~ A raspberry hot cocoa
~ A cd & devotional entitled Have Yourself a Blessed Little Christmas
The cd package has an interesting story behind it. My friend Sylvia Lange of the musical group Crimson Bridge had a family friend she called “Uncle”. This uncle, Hugh Martin, wrote the song Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas.
Later this famous composer became a believer in Christ. He rewrote the song to reflect the true meaning of Christmas and Sylvia recorded it. It is on the cd and as a companion, she and a friend wrote a Christmas devotional to help keep your mind centered at the holidays.
I find that listening to songs and carols about Christ helps to keep me grounded during the crazy-busy season. (Not that I don’t also enjoy the fun songs too!)
What is your favorite Christmas song about the real meaning of the holiday?
One person who comments will win today’s gift.
