(This 30-day challenge has ended).

I am SO excited to invite you all on this journey with me. My new devotional, written alongside Ruth Schwenk of The Better Mom, is releasing next month! It’s called Pressing Pause: 100 Quiet Moments to Meet with Jesus.

One of the reasons we wrote this book is because it’s a book we really need! As moms, there are times we just need to press pause on our day and get alone with God to fuel ourselves and get refreshed so we can pour into our families. So that’s why we wrote Pressing Pause.

To kick off our new book, we’d love to do something fun and jam-packed with great bonus material! With that said, we’d love to invite you to join us on our 30 Days of Pressing Pause Challenge.

Each Monday, you’ll receive an email with a free devotion from the book, along with a video from us previewing the week’s topic. Then, on Wednesdays, you can join us for a live Blab session! During the Blab, we’ll tackle the topic a little deeper, with practical tips, special guests, and a Q&A session.

The topics we’ll cover over the next 30 days include:

  • Finding quiet time for yourself
  • Maintaining relationships with friends and family
  • Juggling work and children
  • Managing your kids’ busy schedules

Head over to pressingpausebook.com and click the Challenge tab at the top to sign up. You’ll also find a video from us there that will give you some more information about the challenge. We hope you’ll join us as we dive into some really important topics for motherhood.

The challenge starts on Monday, February 29th, so sign up now so you don’t miss a single moment!

We hope this challenge will help you resist the rush, halt the hustle, and find some calm in the chaos.

  1. Do you need the book for this challenge? I can’t buy it now. But would love to take the challenge (actually I need it lol)

  2. My husband and I are opposites too, but the reverse from you and your husband. I found several of the 10 ways helpful and plan to use them. I found #2 to be one I am going to use for sure. I notice you doing that in your blog too. It is a refreshing and positive way to view my husband. Thank-you
